Basketball, it’s the only season that is year round in Kentucky.
When did you first come to Southland?
When I was an infant in the nursery when the church was located on Hill 'N Dale Drive.
What was your childhood ambition?
To be an entrepreneur.
What's something God's been teaching you lately you didn't know before?
How to hear God when making a decision.
Your role at Southland?
I write code that makes the website do what it does. I also create computer programs that help get things done faster and easier. I have a real passion for making computer related technology SIMPLE enough so people are not intimidated or confused by it.
One of your proudest moments?
Failing math class in high school. (I met my wife when i had to repeat it!!!!)
Your most memorable experience?
The tornado that hit Masterson Station subdivision in 2004. Our house was the first house on the street that was not condemned. Every house to our left, and across the street was destroyed. It hit our house (blowing out the windows) as we were carrying our baby down to the basement.
What inspires you?
Sacrifice and compassion.
Who’s lives in your house?
My wife Sabrina, two sons Ty and Truett, two daughters Skylar and Sutton, two dogs Trigger and Jenny.
