What was your first job?: In high school I worked part-time as a custodian at a factory.
What is one thing people don't know about you?: I played goalie on my college intramural ice hockey team.
What is something God has been teaching you lately you didn't know before?: The value of passionate patience.
What is your role at Southland?: I lead the finance, HR and campus operations teams.
What brought you to Southland?: The challenge of improving Southland's financial situation while expanding its reach to the lost.
What is your most memorable experience?: Being in New York on 9/11.
What inspires you?: The desire to improve as a husband and dad.
What is your biggest challenge?: Focusing too much on the task and not enjoying the journey.
Who lives in your house?: My wife Lori, 14-year-old son Zach and 16 year-old daughter Alison. I have two sons out of the house; Josh is a freshman at Asbury and Nick is married to Ally and living in Lexington.
