Serving With TCM in Austria
Haus Edelweiss - TCM's Campus in Austria
A few weeks ago, Yulia Lubinetz from TCM - one of our mission partners in Austria - had a luncheon where TCM shared the vision of a new leadership/discipleship project they will soon be conducting.
One of our mission partners for over 10 years, TCM focuses on making disciples and training people for ministry. Currently, 800 students from 28 countries throughout Europe and Central Asia come to the TCM campus to equip themselves to impact their churches, cultures, and countries for Christ.
While the students are in class, short-term workers from the states come to volunteer for two week sessions and help to provide staffing for food services, hospitality, and maintenance areas. Southland takes a team each year to help during at least one session (through our short-term mission trip to Austria). These workers get to know the students and professors and build relationships with them during these sessions.
TCM has begun opening satellite campuses in various countries around Europe where they can teach classes to those who can’t travel to Austria. Between all of the campuses, TCM would like to grow their student enrollment to 1,200 per year. Through these 1,200 students, at least 100,000 men and women will be discipled for Christ!
If you're interested in serving with TCM, visit the Global Missions page or contact Andy Newton. There will be a short-term trip in October to work with TCM by serving pastors and students attending the school.
