Help Organize The Nile’s 10th Anniversary Banquet
The Nile, a faith-based nonprofit maternity home for women 18 and older, is planning their 10th Anniversary Banquet to be held in the fall.They are putting together a volunteer planning team and have several positions left to be filled. Here's a quick overview of the volunteer positions they have available.
Facility Coordinator - This person is responsible for overseeing their team with the main tasks that need to be coordinated at the location of the event and for managing the physical details at the event. This person will work with decorations, table set-up, recruit AV people, manage details of lighting and work with caterer.
Reservation Coordinator - This person is responsible for overseeing their team, assigning table numbers for guests, working with Table Host Coordinator, and recruiting Ushers.
Program Coordinator - This person is responsible for overseeing their team, assisting with speaker recruitment, working on program agenda, designing and printing programs, and working closely with the Nile for resident testimonies.
